Proofs are upon customer request only. Proofs are $5 per email sent with proof. Pretty Printing will print your information EXACTLY as you've entered it.
Changes due to customer's requests are $5 each. Once proof is approved by customer, pretty printing is not responsible for any errors regarding spelling, punctuation, colors, fonts, etc.
If a reprint is necessary due to customer error, Pretty Printing will print for 20% discount.
TURN AROUND TIME
This depends on item you've purchased. For the most part, on personalized items, your order will be shipped 10-14 business days from either the day the order is placed OR upon proof approval. Orders placed after November 15th, please allow extra time for delivery as Holiday production is in full swing.
All orders are shipped from NY. Orders shipped within the state of NY will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail OR USPS Priority Mail. Overnight shipping is available for additional cost.
Pretty printing will never distribute any personal information. All customer information is kept private. Our website is safe and secure for shopping.
Digital photos for holiday cards should be emailed to email@example.com.
There are NO RETURNS on any products. If Pretty Printing makes an error, a reprint is shipped, free of charge. If customer is at fault, we will kindly reprint with a 20% discount.
