You will receive a proof via email in 24 hours. First proof is free. Each additional proof

Due to customer's requests are $5 each. Once proof is approved by customer, pretty printing is not responsible for any errors regarding spelling, punctuation, colors, fonts, etc.

turn around time
Once proof is approved, orders will ship in 3-5 business days.

shipping / tax
All orders are shipped from NY. Orders shipped within the state of NY will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight shipping is available for additional cost.

digital photos
Digital photos for holiday cards should be emailed to photos@prettyprinting.com.

return policy
There are no returns on any products. If pretty printing makes an error, a reprint is shipped, free of charge. If customer is at fault, we will kindly reprint with a 10% discount.
